Chef's a la Carte
For an additional $25 on top of your seated ticket purchase, treat yourself to an exciting action station menu as a twist on both traditional ballpark fare and other savory dishes, tailor-made to individual preference by our chefs who may vary selections of proteins, fillings, toppings and sides. Exclusively located on the Veranda, Chef's a la Carte is a perfect pregame opportunity to experience the luxury of a group outing without needing a group! The Veranda does not provide a view of the game, but does feature shaded dining and lounge seating, a semi-private bar and restrooms and the opportunity to have gourmet ballpark dining made to order. Chef's a la Carte is located on the club level adjacent to the Club Seat area. The menu includes:
Mondays – Street Eats
3 street tacos with beef and chicken selections topped to your taste with Oaxaca cheese, fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, caramelized onions and shaved cabbage. Furbish your dish with sides of Mexican rice and nacho chips smothered with verde or rojo salsa. Select a Mexican beer and finish it off with a paired dessert such as Mexican flan.
Tuesdays – Panini Grille
A robust melted sandwich with a choice of turkey and ham fused with your favorites amongst two cheeses, sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and spinach plus basil pesto and ancho chile mayo spreads. Add classic deli sides of potato chips and pickle spears to go with a craft beer selection and cookies for dessert.
Wednesdays – Mac’s Market
This smorgasbord is the essence of comfort food. Top a hearty entrée of mac n’ cheese with barbecue pulled pork or crumbled bacon plus your preference of pico de gallo, sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions and blue cheese. Pile on sides of creamy coleslaw and savory baked beans and choose a craft beer to wash down our golden cornbread.
Thursdays – Spring Garden
Spring into this stir fry with a choice of beef and chicken tousled with lo mein noodles and garden vegetables like bok choy, carrots, snow peas and chopped onions sautéed in a soy, teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce. Plate white rice or fried rice on the side and complete the meal with a craft beer or glass of wine plus our almond and fortune cookies.
Fridays – Tuscan Trattoria
Select your choice of Italian pasta and accompanying chicken or sausage. Dress to your taste with a rich marinara or creamy alfredo sauce and garnish from a selection of mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and bell peppers. Adorn your dish with zesty garlic bread, seasonal steamed vegetables and top off with a cheesecake wedge and a glass of wine.
Saturdays – Ballpark Bistro
Our chefs slice a roast turkey and seared tri-tip to build a pair of sliders crafted to your liking. Layer on a choice of cheeses, creamy horseradish and ancho chile mayo spreads plus traditional garden toppings of lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Round out your plate with staple deli sides like potato chips and pickles and select a craft beer pour and a dessert bar.
Sundays – Country Club
Don your Sunday best for a classic chef’s omelet brunch. Choose from an array of fillings including ham, bacon, cheeses, peppers, mushrooms and jalapeños and enhance with a verde salsa and pico de gallo. Grace your plate with breakfast potatoes, bacon and sausage. Treat yourself to a pastry dessert and pair a mimosa for the full brunch experience.
Craft Beer Courtyard
For an additional $25 on top of your seated ticket purchase, you and your companions will receive five 12 oz. craft beer pours from our selection at the Craft Beer Courtyard. Plus, you can substitute 1 oz. pours of whiskey and mix and match as you see fit. Savor the flavors and share with your friends! Socialize in our shaded picnic seating or take the drinks back to your seats and catch the game action! The Craft Beer Courtyard is located on the first base concourse near the Infield Box seats.
All You Can Eat
For an additional $25 on top of your seated ticket purchase, our All You Can Eat on the Terrace is all you can handle! A revolving daily menu keeps the options as fresh as the food, which ranges from traditional barbecue to Sunday brunch. Plus, we include hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn and beverages every day! All You Can Eat is located on the third base concourse behind the Upper Box section. The menu includes:
Mondays - Comfort Barbecue
Nothing says comfort food like pulled pork slathered in rich zesty barbecue sauce nestled next to hefty helpings of hot melted mac n’ cheese and classic creamy coleslaw!
Tuesdays - Taco Tuesday
Tuesdays mean tacos with ground beef and plenty of toppings complementing the choice of flour and corn tortillas, plus traditional sides of refried beans and seasoned rice!
Wednesdays - Burger Bar
Ballparks and burgers go together like hits and runs with this build-your-own burger buffet serving assorted cheeses and accompaniments, plus piles of potato chips and coleslaw!
Thursdays - Classic Barbecue
A taste of backyard home cookin’ awaits you with our classic barbecue chicken served up American picnic-style with flavorful baked beans and juicy corn to round out each dish!
Fridays - Wok Kitchen
Observe Lent with our spirited vegetable stir-fry or heap on sizzling diced chicken as well for a hearty taste of the Orient accompanied with bottomless mounds of white rice!
Saturdays - Nacho Nosh
Savor the Southwest with this build-your-own nacho bar complete with abundant toppings for every palate, plus add on flavorful beans and seasoned rice as a side or on top!
Sundays - Sunday Brunch
Brunch at the ballpark is the epitome of a Sunday fun day with our scrambled eggs and toppings, plus tempting sides of bacon, sausage and flavorsome breakfast potatoes!
