Built in 1994, Peoria Sports Complex serves as the Cactus League spring training and player development home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. The nearly 145-acre campus is comprised of a 12,000+ seat stadium and 12 full-size baseball fields. Peoria Stadium hosts approximately 30 spring training games each season, attracting an average of 200,000 fans, which makes Peoria Sports Complex one of the highest-attended facilities in the Cactus League. In addition, on average nearly 85% of our games are televised in the Padres' and Mariners' home markets, providing further incidental exposures for certain assets. Plus, after spring training the complex serves as a multi-use event venue, facilitating a diverse year-round event calendar and attracting another 200,000 people annually.
