In the event a regulation game (4 ½ innings) is not played due to inclement weather or other situations dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may either be exchanged or refunded.

Exchange

Ticket(s) purchased through Mariners.com, Padres.com or at the Peoria Stadium ticket windows may be exchanged at the Peoria Stadium Ticket Office windows for any other home team spring training game at Peoria Stadium for the current season. A ticket exchange is subject to availability and valid for the current season only. Exchanges for lesser-priced tickets will not result in a refund.

For tickets purchased from a 3rd party vendor (ex. StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.), 3rd party tickets are not eligible for an exchange.

Refunds

Ticket(s) purchased through Mariners.com, Padres.com or at the Peoria Stadium ticket office windows that are not exchanged for another spring training game at Peoria Stadium for the current season will be refunded automatically to the credit card (original method of purchase) at the completion of the current spring training season. Ticket(s) can only be refunded for face value. Service charges, parking and/or other incidentals are non-refundable. No action is required.

Please allow 7-10 days after the completion of the current spring training season for processing of automatic refunds.

No refunds will be issued at the Peoria Stadium ticket windows.

If your credit card (original method of purchase) has expired or closed since the ticket(s) were purchased, please follow these steps:

  • Email Peoria Sports Complex at: ticketoffice@peoriaaz.gov
  • Subject Line: (Date of Rainout), Refund Request – New Credit Card
  • In the body of email, list your name, ticket order number, and state that a new credit card number needs to be provided.
  • Do not provide the credit card number in the email.

A representative will contact you within 7-10 days after the completion of the season to assign a new credit card number for the refund.

The refund policy only applies to cancellations due to rainout or circumstances dictated by Major League Baseball. No other refunds will be given once order is processed.

REFUNDS (3rd PARTY VENDORS):

For ticket(s) purchased through a 3rd party vendor (Stub Hub, Vivid Seats, etc.), no refunds or exchanges will be offered by Peoria Stadium. Patrons will need to contact the third party vendor for resolution.
