When is the Ticket Office open?
The Ticket Office typically opens the last weekend of January and is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays. On game days with an afternoon start time, the Ticket Office opens at 9 a.m. until the end of the game. On game days with an evening start time, the Ticket Office opens at 2 p.m. until the end of the game.
Where can I find shaded seating?
Seats with full or partial shade are available in Club Seat sections 305-308 and Upper Box sections 309-319. Shade is also available in sections 200-215, 217 and 219, rows HH and above.
Where can I store my luggage?
We cannot accept responsibility for the storage of any personal belongings.
What are the age restrictions for Peoria Cove?
Peoria Cove is designed for children ages 5 to 12.
How do I audition to sing the national anthem?
You may submit a recording of a previous performance by either email or postal mail. Submissions for each spring training season are accepted until February 1st.
How do I sign my child up for Kids Day activities?
Registration for activities is on a first-come, first-serve basis and may only be requested at Guest Services near Gate B in Peoria Stadium on game day up to one hour before first pitch. One activity per child, subject to availability.
Can my child be a batboy?
Only youth baseball players in Peoria Little Leagues are eligible to be a batboy. Little League coaches and officials nominate them.
Where can I get the minor league schedules?
Peoria Sports Complex does not publish minor league schedules not provided by MiLB or MLB websites.
Where is batting practice?
Batting practice for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres is usually held at Practice Fields. Visiting teams usually take batting practice at their home facilities.
Where can I get autographs?
The best locations for seeking autographs in Peoria Stadium before the game are along the baselines with a ticketed seat in the front row and at Autograph Alley. Seeking autographs is permitted at Practice Fields as well.
What time do Practice Fields open?
Practice Fields usually open at 9 a.m. and admission is free.
Where can buses park?
Buses should enter Peoria Sports Complex at Mariners Way off 83rd Avenue.
Where is handicap parking?
Accessible parking is available by entering Peoria Sports Complex at Mariners Way off 83rd Avenue.
Where are taxi or ride share locations?
There are no designated drop-off or pick-up locations, but we recommend using Stadium Way off 83rd Avenue.
Is tailgating permitted?
Tailgating is permitted, but is restricted to the guests’ own parking space, either in front of or behind their vehicle and cannot block multiple spaces or roadways.
Can I park my vehicle overnight?
Overnight parking is prohibited and unauthorized vehicles may be subject to tow.
What time do the stadium gates open?
Stadium gates typically open 90 minutes prior to the published game time.

When is the Team Store open?
The Team Store is only open during spring training and usually opens for the season on the same day the Ticket Office opens at Peoria Sports Complex. On game days, once gates have opened the Team Store can only be accessed after purchasing a ticket.
How much does it cost to park?
Parking is $5. RV parking is $10.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are prohibited from Peoria Stadium, but are permitted at Practice Fields on a leash. Service animals are permitted.
How do I buy a scoreboard message?
Call 623-773-8700, email us or visit Guest Services up to one hour before first pitch of that day’s game. Scoreboard messages cost $25.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas on the first base concourse and outfield concourse. Electronic cigarettes are subject to the same restrictions.
