Guests may bring factory-sealed, plastic water bottles with non-carbonated, colorless water and empty water containers to refill. You may also bring factory-sealed, single-serving juice boxes, baby food and formula for children.
When is the Ticket Office open?
On game days with an afternoon start time, the Ticket Office opens at 9:00 a.m. until the end of the game. On game days with an evening start time, the Ticket Office opens at 12:00 p.m. until the end of the game.

Where can I find shaded seating?
Seats with full or partial shade are available in Club Seat sections 305-308 and Upper Box sections 309-319. Shade is also available in sections 200-215, 217 and 219, rows HH and above.
Where can I store my luggage?
Luggage is not permitted in the stadium. We cannot accept responsibility for the storage of any personal belongings.
What are the age restrictions for Peoria Cove?
Peoria Cove is designed for children ages 5 to 12.
How do I sign my child up for Kids Day activities?
Some Kids Day participants are selected randomly. Kids can go to guest services desk to sign up for activities like taking the field, announcing play ball, and singing Take Me Out to the Ballgame. All children 4-12 will have the opportunity to run the bases following the game.
Can my child be a batboy?
Spring Training batboys are members of local Little Leagues. If you have any inquiries, please send them to peoriasportscomplex@peoriaaz.gov
Where can I get the minor league schedules?
Peoria Sports Complex does not publish minor league schedules not provided by MiLB or MLB websites.
Where is batting practice?
For the majority of games, batting practice takes place at the home practice facilities for both the Home and Visiting Team.
Where can I get autographs?
There are several opportunities for autographs such as Autograph Alley (in stadium) and the practice fields.
What time do Practice Fields open?
Practice fields open at 9:00 a.m. daily.
Where can buses park?
Buses should enter Peoria Sports Complex at Mariners Way off 83rd Avenue.
Where is handicap parking?
Accessible parking is available by entering Peoria Sports Complex at Mariners Way off 83rd Avenue.
Where are taxi or ride share locations?
There are no designated drop-off or pick-up locations, but we recommend using Stadium Way off 83rd Avenue.
Is tailgating permitted?
Tailgating is permitted.
Can I park my vehicle overnight?
Overnight parking is prohibited and unauthorized vehicles may be subject to tow.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas on the first base concourse and outfield concourse. Electronic cigarettes are subject to the same restrictions.
